 Your institution qualifies if it is a:
1. Public or private primary or secondary schools that provide full-time instruction for grades K-12 or a school district for such schools, and that is recognized by the State Board of Education as a school providing certified K-12 instruction. 

2. An Accredited Institution, meaning a public or private university or college (including community, junior or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study and has received accreditation from an accrediting association recognized by either the U.S. Dept. of Education and/or a State Board of Education. 

3. Administrative offices or boards of education of Educational Institutions. 

4. Hospitals that are wholly owned and operated by an educational institution. Wholly owned and operated means the educational institution is sole owner of the hospital and the only entity exercising control over day-to-day operations.

 Non-Profit
Several manufacturers allow charitable non-profit organizations to purchase software at academic discounts. If you are recognized as a charitable non-profit under section 501(c)3 of the IRS tax code you may be eligible. Please note software purchases must be for organizational use. Not all manufacturers' products are available to non-profits.
