Eligibility: The Scholarbuys.com "Become a Fan" drawing is open to legal residents of the United States. Employees of ScholarBuys are not eligible to win the "Become a Fan" drawing.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this drawing, the entrants fully agree, without condition and accept the official rules and final decision of ScholarBuys, which are final and binding in all matters related to the drawing.
Timing: ScholarBuys' "Become a Fan" drawing begins on July 10, 2009 at 12:00 at CST, and ends as soon as the ScholarBuys fan page has 1000 fans. At this time, prizes will be given away to randomly drawn winners from among ScholarBuys facebook fans.
How to Enter: Starting July 10, 2009, individuals can access the ScholarBuys facebook page and select the "Become a Fan" like. To access this page, please use the link on the ScholarBuys home page at www.scholarbuys.com or link directly to the ScholarBuys fan page at http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/pages/ScholarBuys/70307067406. To be a fan of the ScholarBuys page, you must have a facebook account. ScholarBuys is not affiliated with facebook.

Requirement for Winners: The winners must be an enrolled student, educator, or staff member of an accredited academic institution. The winners must provide their proof of academic verification before receiving prizes. Drawing winners will be notified by email within 30 days of the ScholarBuys page reaching 500 friends. If the winner cannot be contacted within ten days of the notice being sent, or if the winner cannot provide academic proof, their prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
General conditions: ScholarBuys reserves the right to cancel or suspend and/or modify the contest if any fraud, virus, technical failure, or any other factor beyond ScholarBuys reasonable control impairs the integrity of the functioning of this contest. ScholarBuys reserves the right to disqualify any individual not following the rules of the contest.
