Examples include: School photo identification card that includes date validating current status; faculty or staff paycheck stubs; student course curriculums or tuition bill with a valid date and printed with the Educational Entity logo or seal; an official letter from the registrar of the Educational Entity;

When do I submit my Academic Proof?
You will be prompted to submit your Academic proof AFTER your order has been placed. Please do not send it to us prior to your order being placed.
How long is my eligibility kept on file at ScholarBuys.com?
Identification provided to ScholarBuys.com shall be valid for a period of time not to exceed one (1) year from the date that the Appropriate Identification was actually furnished to VarsityBuys.com, or, if applicable, the expected graduation date for the individual, whichever is less.
What is the difference between the products offered on this Web site and the commercial versions of these products?
Nothing, other than the sweet discount these products are usually identical to the commercial versions. As a student or educator you are eligible to purchase one copy of most software titles at the educational discount.

How many copies of a software title can I order?
Students and Educators may only purchase one copy of any software title per year beginning date of purchase.

What is the Returns Process?
You may return most items you have purchased from ScholarBuys.com within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund minus the cost of shipping providing the product is unopened. ScholarBuys.com returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of ScholarBuys.com.
A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must always accompany a returned item. To obtain your RMA number, simply contact our customer service department at info@scholarbuys.com. Products returned without obtaining an RMA number will be refused. If your return warrants ScholarBuys.com emailing a direct return material authorization label please consult with our customer service staff for details via email or live chat.
When returning items to ScholarBuys.com, we strongly advise that you obtain a tracking number for your shipment. Please use a sturdy shipping box. All original product parts are required for return, including product packaging.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we cannot accept returns of the following items:
- Any item returned without a RMA number.
- Any item not in original condition or opened in any way.
- Software older than 30 days on the date of return delivery to VarsityBuys.com
- Hardware older than 15 days on the date of return delivery to VarsityBuys.com
- Adobe Student CLP and Microsoft Student Select orders
- Any item that has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
- Any consumable product such as media, toner or ink
- Any Electronic Software Download (ESD) purchase.
- Any training software or DVD.
- Any item not return in a shipping box - envelopes not allowed.

What is an educational version?
Educational versions of software, or academically priced software, are functionally identical to commercial versions of the software. The main difference is the licensing agreement of the educational version which states that academically priced software cannot be used for commercial purposes. Any qualified educational customer is eligible to purchase software at academic discounts.
