Purchase Orders

Qualified Schools and Colleges may order products directly from ScholarBuys via a purchase order (PO), enabling your institution to receive a product before payment is due. 

In order for us to ship your order, the following is required on your PO. 

• Valid Purchase Order Form on School or College Letterhead 
• Purchase order (PO) number 
• Complete bill-to and ship-to addresses 
• Purchasing agent's (or buyer's) signature, email and phone number 
• Complete description of the product ordered, including platform
• Correct item price
• Correct shipping
• Net 30 payment terms

Purchase orders may be paid by check, money order, or wire transfer. Purchase orders that are paid with a credit card will be subject to a 3% service charge. 

All payments are due within 30 days of the invoiced date. A late fee of 1.5% per month is strictly enforced. Customers that go 60 days past due will be referred to a collection agency.

Please note that ScholarBuys reserves the right to revoke licenses issued on purchase orders that go unpaid.
