Individual Sales (Student & Educators) - Appropriate Identification of current
status as:
1. Full or part time students enrolled in a degree granting program
at an Accredited Institution.
2. Full or part time faculty and staff employed by higher education institutions.
3.
Other qualified examples include an Internet web site or in other written communication.
All Individual Sales
Require Appropriate Identification - Appropriate Identification means any of the following:
(1) Current, valid
school/college photo identification.
(2) Valid evidence of current enrollment at, or employment by, a higher education Educational Entity
faculty or staff pay check stubs; student course curriculums or tuition statements with a valid date and printed with the
Educational Entity logo or seal; an official letter from the registrar or principal of the Educational Entity
Education
Entities (School and Colleges):
1. A public or private primary or secondary school that provides full-time
instruction for grades K-12 or a school district for such schools, and that is recognized by the state board of education
as a school providing certified K-12 instruction.
2. An Accredited Institution, meaning a public
or private university or college (including community, junior or vocational college) that grants
degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study and has received accreditation from an accrediting
association recognized by either the U.S. Dept. of Education and/or a State Board of Education.
3.
Administrative offices or boards of education of Educational Institutions.
4. Hospitals
that are wholly owned and operated by an educational institution. Wholly owned and operated means the educational institution
is sole owner of the hospital and the only entity exercising control over day to day operations.
All Educational Entity
Require Appropriate Identification - Appropriate Identification means any of the following:
(1) Valid, official
purchase order issued by an Educational Entity
(2) Current credit card information with the proper name, billing address, and ‘ship to’
or delivery address of the Educational Entity;
(3) Current personal credit card or check payment from
Individuals who are faculty or staff, only where the ‘ship to’ or delivery address of the Educational Software
Products is the Educational Entity
