When will my order ship? Orders are processed
and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Next Day and 2nd Day orders approved before 2:00PM
CST on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders are approved once all academic verification documentation has been
received and verified. All other orders are typically shipped within 12-24 hours from the time they are placed, depending
on when academic verification is received and approved.
If
academic verification is required, the order will be shipped once your academic status is verified. We will make every attempt to verify your
academic status and ship your order that day if your information is received by 2:00PM CST.
Once my order
ships, how long will it take?
If
academic verification is required, the order will be shipped once your academic status is verified. Ground shipping typically takes between 3-5
business days. 2nd Day takes 2 business days, and Next Day takes 1 business day. Currently we do not offer weekend delivery.
How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
You should be able to retrieve a tracking
number from us via email within 24 hours of your items shipping.
Can I ship my items to a PO Box?
Because most of our shipments require a signature for delivery, we can only ship items to physical addresses --
unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Can I ship my item outside of the continental Unites
States? Currently, ScholarBuys cannot ship products outside of the 50 United States and territories.
Can I pick up my items? Although our headquarters is located in Illinois, our
warehouses are located all across the US, so items cannot be picked up. Should you need your items immediately, please select
the Next Day shipping option to get them there as fast as possible.
Where will my package ship from?
Shipments come from our warehouses across the United States, and the locations vary based on the product
and availability.
I ordered several items. Will they ship together? If you ordered
several items to be delivered to the same address, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service.
Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges.
